"The tickets for this event were a Christmas gift, and my parents were in town from Germany. I paid a lot of money for good seats close to the stage. We were there 45 min prior to the start of the event, as we were told. About 20-30 people did not care to show up on time, but were still let in to find their seats. The show had already begun at that time, and although close to the stage, we were left looking at the behinds of all those people! It took a good 20 min or so for them to find their seats, and the usher was completely overwhelmed. A man directly behind me started shouting, "Sit the F down!!!" for about 20 min. The event itself was great, but your organization was spectacularly horrible. Sadly, this is the overwhelming impression, and not how fun the show was."
